AEGEAN has unveiled its flight schedule for the 2023/2024 winter season with 18 new routes to 14 countries. The new winter schedule offers a range of popular destinations for the “non-summer” period (such as Sharm El Sheikh, Luxor, Innsbruck), following the success of the service to Marrakech. - Advertisement -AEGEAN’s new winter schedule reflects the increase in passenger traffic over the last nine months. The company’s financial results in the third quarter of the year were positive, as it mobilized 5.3 million passengers with a balanced growth of both domestic passenger traffic by 17% and international passenger traffic by 18%. In the January-September 2023 period, passenger traffic on AEGEAN’s international network to and from Athens “Eleftherios Venizelos” airport increased by 38%, while in the same period the increase in international passenger traffic at Thessaloniki “Makedonia” airport exceeded 45% compared to 2022.
