ACT Party leader David Seymour is confident his new caucus members are up to the challenge of being MPs. ACT leader David Seymour has unveiled his 2021 alternative budget, promising $11.2 billion in savings, mainly coming from cuts to public services. Those election spending increases totalled just under half a billion dollars a year, and could still be funded through the reduced allowance.
