Md Setaful Islam was arrested from in front of Pirojpur Circuit House on Wednesday evening, the commission’s spokesperson Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told bdnews24.com. Setaful, currently posted in Pirojpur as the district land acquisition officer, has been kept at Pirojpur Sadar Police Station, Pranab said. The ACC took steps to arrest Setaful after ACC Assistant Director Ramprasad Mandal started a case against him at Kishoreganj Sadar Police Station earlier on Wednesday.
