The bird’s eye view shows the product of the relentless bombardment that hit the rebel-held eastern part of Aleppo, Syria. On Sept. 19, Syria declared the week-long ceasefire between its forces and rebels over. Many civilians in the rebel-held neighbourhoods of Aleppo reported violations of the truce, while Russia and the U.S., which brokered the ceasefire, argued it could be salvaged. In the drone footage, entire city blocks look unable to stand under the pressure of any more air strikes.
