Well, that was quite a baseball ride, wasn’t it? But it’s also hard, really, really, really hard to do and the journey, even if it falls short, is thing the thing. I don’t think it’s right even if it is reality because what sports should be about is sustained entertainment and emotional ups and downs. That disappointment needs to be forgotten quickly, the memories of this Jays season and the last Raptors season and the Jays season before that need to be good. It’s been a helluva ride and that’s what it should be about.
