The tiny New York apartment is a carefully curated tableau with everything designed and placed to create a visual statement. Throughout his living space, props repeatedly lend themselves to decoration. He lives in his one-bedroom Alphabet City apartment with his wife, Hillary, and their dog, Sabra. “When I was doing the design, I didn’t want it to feel as if you were in New York City,” he says.
