SHAH ALAM: A syndicate “exporting” drugs to South Korea was busted following the seizure of 76 packets of syabu worth RM675,994. Eight men, employed as drug mules, were also detained following the operation conducted on Aug 11 and Aug 15 at KLIA2 and two premises in the Klang Valley. The remaining two suspects were detained in follow-up operations on Aug 15, Comm Mazlan added. The suspects, aged between 18 and 53, have been remanded until Aug 24 to facilitate investigations into the drug syndicate. “An array of drugs were also seized, including 15.6g of ecstasy powder, 3g of syabu and three Erimin 5 pills,” he said.
