Pictures by Mayukh SenguptaTeghoria: A 75-year-old man travelling on his nephew's bike was killed when the nephew rammed into a divider on VIP Road on Thursday evening, police said. Kar had zigzagged his Bajaj Pulsar 150 through the traffic and sped down the VIP Road flyover like a "bullet", an officer of Baguiati police station quoted motorists as saying. "The bike suddenly crashed into the divider between VIP Road and the service lane opposite the Big Bazaar outlet in Teghoria," he said. A man who runs a tea stall on the service road along VIP Road said the bike had skidded for at least 60m before it came to a stop. Some motorists took the two to a private healthcare unit on VIP Road where doctors declared Dey dead.
