Often called the first “digital generation,” millennials are the first generation to enter the workforce already comfortable with modern technology. With the tech industry continuing to expand, there are an increasing number of jobs available for millennials in this industry. According the Bureau of Labor Statistics, turnover in the tech industry has risen every year since 2012. If companies want to win the top tech talent in this generation, it’s time to make a change.
