'The progress being made at the Shoreline Vaccination Centre has been nothing short of remarkable,' said Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly. Last week they increased the number of booths being used and extended the opening hours from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. daily to expand the capacity. 'Shoreline is currently offering around 1,000 vaccines a day,' said Minister Donnelly. Some residents of County Wicklow will be allocated Shoreline, with others told to go to the Aviva in south Dublin. Meanwhile, walk-in testing is available for anyone with photo ID at the permanent test centre at Newcastle Hospital, and all test centres, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., seven days a week.
