The banning of cash transactions beyond Rs 3 lakh and cash expenditure of Rs 10,000 per transaction will curtail black money but the Indian jugaad system may attempt to beat it. Bringing down the limit of cash donations from a single source from Rs 20000 to Rs 2000 will bring greater transparency in election funding but our politicians may try to circumvent it. Increase in taxes on the rich and reduction from the poor.
