By MICHAEL MORTENSEN, LACONIA DAILY SUNLACONIA — Five people were indicted on a variety of assault charges during the latest grand jury session in Belknap County Superior Court. Stephanie Lynn Allard, 38, of 28 Railroad Ave., Belmont, was indicted on a charge of second-degree assault, for allegedly strangling someone. Seth Dubois, 25, of 125 Livingston Road, Meredith, was indicted on a charge for being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon (metallic knuckles). Kevin Nelson, 40, of 672 Union Road, Belmont, was indicted on a charge of second-degree assault, for allegedly strangling someone. 20, Northfield, was was indicted on a charge for being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon (metallic knuckles).
