The universal community testing program began on September 1 with 141 centers. Testing at coronavirus testing centers have diagnosed 477 as initially positive for the disease, in the month since November 15. This number accounts for 0.19 percent of about 245,000 people tested at community centers up to December 15. From November 23 to December 15, the government had set up a total of 17 mobile specimen collection stations or specimen bottle distribution points, which offered coronavirus testing for more than 103,000 persons, of which 112 samples tested initially positive, or 0.11 percent.
