KARACHI: A 4-year-old girl has been allegedly raped in Essa Nagri neighbourhood, police said Tuesday. According to a first information report (FIR) registered regarding the case, the four-year-old girl used to go to a nearby house for after-school tuitions where the incident took place. Area residents told police that the female tuition teacher’s brother allegedly committed the heinous crime. The incident recalls a similar rape incident in the Essa Nagri neighbourhood in September last year when the police officials found a five-year-old girl missing for two days stuffed inside a gunny bag in the port city’s neighbourhood. Local residents said the body was in an appalling condition as the girl might have been set ablaze.
