At least four people are dead and dozens more have been hospitalized after overdosing on what authorities in Georgia believe to be Percocet. A Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) spokesperson said reports of overdoses are still coming in and the number of fatalities could increase, AJC.com reported. Opioid overdoses, including prescription drugs and heroin, killed more than 33,000 people in 2015, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). More than half of the fatalities involved a prescription opioid.
