Noida: The Gautam Budh Nagar administration has been issued a notice to 33 private schools for violating the rules of the Right to Education (RTE) Act. The schools to which the notice has been sent include names of big schools like Lotus Valley International, DPS and Vishwa Bharati School. For the uninformed, under the Right to Education Act, these schools were to reserve 25 per cent seats for economically weaker students, which these schools violated. They are accused of openly violating the provisions regarding reserved seats for economically weaker students, due to which they were sent a notice by the Noida administration.
