ITBAYAT, BATANES—Three fishermen, who had gone missing for a week, were rescued on Thursday near the northernmost Dinem Island here, officials said. Antonio Lizardo, 53; Eduardo Elica, 35; and Tinong Alviso, 45, were severely dehydrated when they were found by their fellow fishermen, according to Nilda Salengua Garcia, municipal disaster risk reduction and management officer.
