Initial investigations found the petrol was meant for sale in Thailand, the Malaysian media added. Cheaper pump prices at Malaysian petrol stations are fueling petrol smugglling at bordes in southern Thailand. Rantau Panjang, a town in Kelantan state borders Sungai Kolok district town in Narathiwat.
