A magnitude 3.1 earthquake swayed Davao Oriental on Wednesday afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said. According to Phivolcs, the quake hit 68 kilometers east of Tarragona, Davao Oriental around 3:44 p.m. Wednesday.
