ZAMBOANGA CITY – About half a kilo of shabu worth about P3.4 million was seized from a drug personality Tuesday night in this city. ADVERTISEMENTThe raid also yielded one drug personality identified as Jessi Borro Hassim also known as Jan-jan Barry Usman, 25, a driver ofa public utility vehicle. Jumlail said PDEA elements and members of the Zamboanga City Police Office, as well as anti-drug operatives of the Police Station 11, conducted the drug raid. The top leadership of the Regional Police Office 9 (PRO9) said only three of the 98 barangays in Zamboanga City have been cleared of drugs. Twenty-one of the 31 are from Zamboanga City, Licup said.
