SCOTT, Que. — A 29-year-old from Levis, Que., has died after a motor-vehicle accident south of Quebec City on Friday. Provincial police say the driver likely lost control of the car before striking a pole on President Kennedy Road in the municipality of Scott shortly before 9:30 p.m.An investigation is underway, and an expert in accident scene reconstruction has been called to the scene.
