MANILA, Philippines — Twenty-five out of 126 hospitals in Metro Manila are in “danger” as the utilization rate of the COVID-19 facilities is almost full, records from the Department of Health (DOH) showed Friday. This number decreased from the 27 hospitals in Metro Manila that were under the “danger” zone last Oct. 14. ADVERTISEMENTAnd of the 25 hospitals, six have declared that their COVID-19 beds reached 100 percent capacity, namely the Allied Care Experts (Ace) Medical Center Valenzuela Inc., Hospital Of The Infant Jesus Medical Center, Mary Chiles General Hospital Inc., Philippine Children’s Medical Center, Rosario Maclang Bautista Hospital and the SDS Medical Center.
