The Bangladeshi workers went to Afghanistan to work in a factory which turned out to be a fake one, the official added. “Their visa expired about a year ago and they were without salary for last one year,” the official told bdnews24.com. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Bangladesh Embassy in Tashkent were working on their repatriation with the help of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM). The Afghan government approved their gratis visa and the IOM provided the tickets.
