General News of Thursday, 14 November 2019Source: rainbowradioonline.com200 dams completed, 307 ambulances procured through IPEP - MinisterAmbulances to be distributed to various districtsThe Finance Minister has disclosed to parliament that the ruling government has through the Infrastructure for Poverty Eradication Programme (IPEP) purchased 307 ambulances for distributions to the various districts across the country. Delivering the 2020 budget statement on Wednesday November 14, 2019, the Minister through IPEP, some 200 dams have been completed with some others still under construction. Aside from that IPEP he said has managed to construct 50 fabricated warehouses to manage post harvest loses in our various communities. IPEP is being administered by the Development Authorities created by an act of parliament i.e. Northern Development Authority (NDA), Coastal Development Authority (CDA) and the Middle Belt Development Authority (MDA).
