Toronto Police have charged two men with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Nnamdi Ogba. They made their first court appearance Thursday afternoon and are both scheduled to appear again in court on April 12. Homicide detectives say the accused shooters fired at Ogba, fled on foot and eventually left the area in an SUV. Ron Taverner said the incident may have been a retaliation shooting in relation to an ongoing "turf war" in the area and said there may be more retaliation in the future. (Toronto Police Service)Police say Ogba, 26, was innocent.
