Two people on a motorcycle died after their vehicle collided with a van on Congressional Avenue, Quezon City, on Friday night. Casiano Dequiña, a 56-year-old businessman, and Leonida Garcia, a 54-year-old caregiver, were killed outright. The Quezon City police traffic enforcement unit said Vicente lost control of the van on Congressional Avenue. Due to the impact, both victims were thrown off the motorcycle and killed outright. Gavin de la Riarte, 26, and Nicole Joy Paco, 18, were taken to Quezon City General Hospital.
