Toronto police say two men have been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a man who was chased and stabbed downtown. They say 25-year-old Simon Zerezghi was stabbed in the chest and died in hospital early last week. Police tweeted that there were “10 men chasing 1” before the victim was stabbed. Investigators say the first of two men was charged on Thursday with first-degree murder, attempted murder and failing to comply with a recognizance. The second was charged on Saturday with first-degree murder and attempted murder.
