The women said they were sexually assaulted by six men on Friday. The bus came to a halt near the Sristighar bus stand in Shibpur. The two women then went back to Sristighar bus stand and disclosed the incident to the locals. Police arrested two of the alleged rapists later that night who then confessed to the crime.
