Two alleged rapists were killed in an encounter with members of the Quezon City Police on Wednesday. Authorities said they spotted the half-naked victim seeking for help at Phase 5 in Barangay Payatas B. Police said the suspects who were chasing after the victim allegedly opened fire upon seeing them. ADVERTISEMENTAuthorities retaliated which resulted to a shootout that killed the suspects on the spot. Members of the Scene of the Crime Operatives found 2 caliber .38 revolver with live bullets, three spent shells of caliber .38, and eight sachets of suspected shabu.
