Pic: @NorthernComd_IASrinagar, Oct. 11 (Agencies): Two Garud Commandos of the Indian Air Force and two Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorists were killed on Wednesday in an encounter in Jammu & Kashmir's Bandipora district, an army officer said. Security forces had begun a cordon-and-search operation in Hajin area of Bandipora district early on Wednesday following information about presence of terrorists in the area, he said. The terrorists opened firing on the security forces, triggering a gun battle, the officer said. Vaid, said these militants were involved in a number of terror attacks in which security forces personnel and civilians were killed. ”It is a big success for security forces,” Vaid, the director general of police, said.
