Peel Police got a call at 9:44 a.m. of a woman who was hit while crossing an intersection at Williams Pkwy. The driver had fled the scene and police said they have no leads on a suspect or vehicle. A 19-year-old Brampton woman is dead after a hit-and-run Wednesday morning. The victim was rushed to trauma centre where she was pronounced dead.
