Police say a Toronto man accused of importing heroin has been sentenced to 10 and a half years in prison. Halton region police say the Canadian Border Services Agency intercepted three packages from India and Malaysia in the fall of 2016 and found one was headed for a package delivery company in Georgetown, Ont., while the other two were bound for a mailbox store in Port Perry, Ont.
