Año said the overall national payout rate was 90.86 percent. The National Capital Region (Metro Manila) registered a pay-out rate of 85.13 percent. In the region, Caloocan City had the highest payout rate at 99 percent. Other regions that had above 90 percent payout rate were Region 3 (Central Luzon), Region 1 (Ilocos), Region 2 (Cagayan Valley), Region 4B (Mimaropa) and Region 10 (Northern Mindanao). Meanwhile, Año said the DILG would start issuing show cause orders to the LGUs, which had “very poor performance” in the SAP distribution.
