140 Million USD Adama Industrial Park InauguratedOctober 7, 2018 - Adama Industrial Park was inaugurated by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) on Sunday October 7, 2018, according to the Reporter. Construction of the first phase of the USD 140 million project was completed recently. Adama also expects another industrial parks to be built by two Chinese companies and another one for heavy-duty trucks assembly to be completed soon. According to the report, Ethiopia has five completed industrial parks and six others in the pipeline. Ethiopia is betting on industrial parks to spearhead industrialization in the country and promote exports.
