LUCENA CITY–A drunk man shot and wounded a 13-year-old boy in Mauban town in Quezon province Friday night. The boy suffered a bullet wound on his back and was rushed to Mauban District Hospital for emergency treatment. He was later transferred to Quezon Medical Center in Lucena. In San Francisco town also in Quezon province, a report from Quezon police said Ryan Salazar, 31, was shot by Arnulfo Narez in Barangay Inabuan around 12:05 a.m. Saturday after a drinking session. Police have yet to establish the motive behind the shooting, said San Francisco police chief Senior Insp.
