A couple, who were tagged as high-value targets for allegedly being members of a drug syndicate in Mindanao, had been arrested by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Maguindanao. PDEA Director General Aaron Aquino, in a report released on Saturday, identified the suspects as Kutin Angkad Guiamel, 52, and Jenny Abdullah Guiamel, 37.
