A couple, who were tagged as high-value targets for allegedly being members of a drug syndicate in Mindanao, had been arrested by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Maguindanao. PDEA Director General Aaron Aquino, in a report released on Saturday, identified the suspects as Kutin Angkad Guiamel, 52, and Jenny Abdullah Guiamel, 37. ADVERTISEMENTReport showed that the suspects were arrested on March 13 following the issuance of a search warrant addressed at their residence in Barangay Makir, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao.
