Thirteen sailors were on board the vessel when it capsized in north-west Bay of Bengal around 4am Friday, said Md Saiful Aksar, Coast Guard Contingent Commander at Kutubdia. All sailors were rescued by local fishermen before the coast guard reached the location, he told bdnews24.com.
