By THOMAS P. CALDWELLLACONIA DAILY SUNHEBRON — A 12-year-old girl who was struck by a powerboat operated by her father on Monday morning died from her injuries. N.H. Marine Patrol received a call about the accident about 8:26 a.m. According to a press release, Zoe Anderson of Highland Ranch, Colorado, was learning to slalom ski behind a 20-foot Cobalt powerboat being operated by her father, Sherwood P. Anderson, on Newfound Lake near Cilley’s Point. Sherwood Anderson placed the boat in neutral and it was traveling at a slow rate as it passed over Zoe, causing serious injuries to her torso. The incident remains under investigation and Marine Patrol asks that anyone who may have further information or who witnessed the crash to contact Sgt.
