Canadian Vice Admiral Mark Norman can declare victory on the legal battlefield and return to his post. The high-ranking Royal Canadian Navy officer will not be heading to trial on a charge of breach of trust tied to allegations he leaked sensitive information about a contract to buy a navy supply ship.
