The drug trader was arrested from Link Road Station in Cox's Bazar city around 8pm on Saturday. RAB 15 Cox's Bazar Camp Company Commander Major Mehedi Hasan told the Dhaka Tribune: "Based on a tip-off, we conducted a drive and detained Sarwar, who was trying to smuggle yaba pills by stowing them in a gas cylinder and putting it on a bus on its way towards the Ijtema grounds." He has confessed that he was smuggling all those yaba pills to a drug ring in Dhaka. Sarwar will be handed over to police after further interrogation, the company commander added.
