A hit-and-run driver fled the scene after causing a chain collision on Yuen Long Highway on Tuesday night, leaving a couple injured and prompting the victim to release dashcam footage to help track down the suspect. A Toyota seven-seater vehicle from the middle lane suddenly swerved right, appearing to avoid another vehicle changing lanes, and slammed into the victim's car. The seven-seater then lost control, crashed into the right railing, rebounded across all three lanes, and smashed into the left railing, kicking up dust. The Yuen Long district traffic accident investigation team is handling the case. The victim appealed on social media for any witnesses or drivers who may have recorded the seven-seater's escape route or license plate number.
