According to the former president of the Judiciary CJ Willy Mutunga, president William Ruto has no say in some of the critical matters of the state. Mutunga alleges that the economic and political independence of Kenya has been left for the United States and other European Union countries making them to make moves on things which they understands not in the country. He says that during Katherine Tai’s press conference CS for Trade hon Moses Kuria was not involved which indicates exclusion of the representatives from key sectors from Kenya. The former CJ wonders why the IMF and World Bank has not joined forces to mitigate the economic crisis to help the country grow.
