When the case was however called on Wednesday May 17, 2017 the Principal State Attorney Marie Louise-Simmons said she was under instructions from the Attorney General, Gloria Akuffo, to discontinue the case. But Chairman Wontumi as affectionately called, believes the minority especially Haruna Iddrisu is weeping more than the bereaved and demands he shuts up. He reiterated his fullest support to the Delta Force, daring the minority to come and arrest them.
