‘Ursula’ moving out of PAR, but still packs a wallop 1 SHARES Share it! The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Ursula is now moving over the West Philippine Sea prior to its projected exit out of the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Saturday morning. PAGASA said Ursula was no longer affecting the country directly, and was already moving north northwest at 10 kilometers per hour. All typhoon signals have been lifted by the weather bureau since Thursday as the typhoon is now far from the country’s landmass. After exiting PAR, PAGASA said Ursula may weaken into a severe tropical storm, and further downgrade to a low pressure area (LPA) or may dissipate before hitting Vietnam.
