Toronto-area police say three sexual assaults between the end of May and late June may have been committed by the same man. All three assaults followed similar patterns, police say, with the suspect running up from behind the women and a struggle ensuing. In addition to descriptions of the suspect, police say a similar car was spotted near all three sites. The suspect approached a 33-year-old woman from behind and eventually fled when she screamed. At a press conference Tuesday morning, Toronto and York Regional Police released security footage of the alleged assailant and outlined the connection between the three cases.
