Banani rape case accused Sadman Sakif has alleged that the law enforcers tortured him to give confessional statement before the court. Sadman made the accusation during the case’s charge frame hearing at Dhaka Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal 2 on Sunday. He told the court of Judge Md Saiful Azam: “I did not give the confessional statement willingly. Also Read- Charge framing in Banani rape case July 13The court deferred the charge frame hearing till July 13 following a time petition filed by Nayem’s lawyer. All of the accused have given confessional statements before the court.
