SENATE Minority Leader Franklin Drilon on Saturday identified at least 10 major differences in the Senate and House of Representatives’ versions of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), which must be ironed out. The House version deletes the 39 municipalities as part of the core areas that comprises the ARB. In the House version, the province of Palawan is included in the list of areas considered as historically part of Bangsamoro territory. The same provision was not in the House version. The House proposed a 25-percent share for national government and 75 percent for Bangsamoro, while the Senate version wanted a 50-50 sharing.
