A suspected drug pusher was killed on Friday night following a buy-bust in Novaliches, Quezon City by the Navotas Police Station’s Special Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU). In a report from Quezon City Police Department (QCPD) Director Chief Supt. ADVERTISEMENTInitial investigation said the suspect sensed that he was transacting with undercover police officers during the bust and opened fire. The police officers, the report said, returned fire, immediately killing the suspect. Recovered from the suspect was a caliber .38 pistol, four plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia and the marked cash used in the sting.
