GREEN BAY, Wis.— Heather Hussli never realized how often she spoke to her sister Heidi until she couldn’t anymore. “I said goodbye to my sister through a computer screen just like this one,” she said recently over a Zoom chat, her voice thick with emotion as she wiped at her eyes.
