The Detroit Lions are bringing back some valuable secondary depth. As first reported by Ian Rapoport, the Lions are re-signing veteran corner Rock Ya-Sin. Last year, the Lions signed Ya-Sin to a veteran minimum deal ($1.17 million) contract, and the 29-year-old cornerback outplayed that deal. He would end up playing in all 17 games, and because Detroit suffered so many injuries at the cornerback position, Ya-Sin started six games. Prior to his time with the Lions, Ya-Sin spent three seasons with the Colts, and one season with the Raiders, Ravens, and 49ers each.
